1. Acceptance
By creating a Carvitt account you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
Carvitt generates strength training plans for ski and snowboard season preparation and adjusts load based on what you log. It is a training tool, not supervised personal training.
3. Health, injury and limits of the service
Carvitt is not a medical product and does not give medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent injuries or illness.
Plans are built on public strength and conditioning literature for snow sports. Where we cite evidence, we describe what the literature reports — we do not promise that outcome for you.
Training under load carries risk. Consult a health professional before starting, especially with a prior injury, a medical condition, or during pregnancy. If something hurts, stop and seek advice. No AI coach response replaces a professional.
4. Your account
You are responsible for your account activity and password. One account per person. You can delete it any time from this page or the app.
5. Acceptable use
Do not resell the service, attempt to breach it, use it unlawfully, or automate access without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The software, generated plans, exercise library and brand are ours. What you log is yours, and you can export or delete it.
7. Subscriptions and payments
The free tier does not expire. Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next period. Cancellation and refunds are handled by the store you purchased from.
8. End User License Agreement
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control. It does not include the right to copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the software.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using Carvitt at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
11. Changes
We will notify you in the app before changed terms take effect.
